Ju’s Secrets

For a long time, I thought yoga was kind of silly and wouldn’t really work for me… until I finally gave in to a friend from my church reading group. She was always inviting me to join outdoor classes at the city park, and I always said no… I felt embarrassed at the idea of doing those poses in public.

But one day, I said yes. I don’t know if it was a sudden burst of courage (or a little craziness 😅), or just so she’d stop inviting me after what I thought would be a total disaster…

And honestly? It turned out to be one of the best mornings of my life. Once the awkwardness passed, I laughed a lot and realized my body was more flexible than I thought.

Since then, yoga has become part of my routine — and now I even do it from the comfort of my home.

I’ll leave a link below to a yoga program I highly recommend. It helps me stay consistent, even when I’m traveling or don’t have time to meet up with friends.
